Group Classes
I currently hold classes on Tuesdays and Sundays at The Nook Yoga Studio in Tewkesbury.
The Nook is a small, peaceful studio, with space for up to 5 students. Mats and props are available, but please bring your own if you prefer.
You can also join via Zoom from the comfort of your own home!
The Nook is near Mitton Garage and Handymans Yard. Please see the map HERE.
There is parking in the yard at the front of Dale House, then just head up the stairs outside and hit the buzzer.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a slower paced yoga that holds poses a little longer than Vinyasa.
This class has a strong focus on the breath and mindful movement and is suitable for all levels of student.
